Clear and consistent communication with your attorney is essential in obtaining a successful result in your case, according to Andrew Ordyna.
“Make sure your attorney understands the result you desire in your case and why you feel such a result is appropriate,” he said.
Mr. Ordyna strives to ensure he and his client are on the same page and that the client understands the often-intimidating litigation process.
“If you do not understand, explain the problem to your attorney. Your lawyer is on your team so work with one another as a team,” he said. “And never let your spouse or your ex-spouse undermine your relationship with your attorney.”
