Mr. Gilbert was retained by myself due to an auto accident in Dallas Tx, I was kind of skeptical to use a lawyer out of state but I also knew his character and seen how much he does for his community, and mentoring the younger generation. Turns out I couldn’t have made a better decision. The insurance company wanted to do as little as possible for my lost, but Mr. Gilbert would not accept that and demanded that I be treated fairly, wasn’t quick but well worth the wait and time he spent! Thanks.
Mr. Gilbert and his staff provide a unique ability to relate to their clients. You would think most attorneys would see you as a dollar figure, but the quality of service they provide is phenomenal. The atmosphere is very natural and friendly. They work around the clock and always keep you updated. Having to get an attorney isn’t a good experience, but the service provided was nothing short of amazing.
Mr. Gilbert should not be able to practice law. He is incompetent and once he gets your money the only work that is performed is you the Client trying to get him to work your case. He has more than a dozen open bar complaints at this time and one in the Supreme Court. Florida Bar v. LaDray Gilbert. Hopefully, this man will be disbarred soon. He is the absolute most incompetent Attorney I have ever dealt with. He tells you what you want to hear and as soon as he gets your money he refuses to file motions, refuses to do depositions, won’t show up for court and then when you have finally had enough and tell him how you feel he files a motion to withdraw. The few times he has filed motions in cases he filed the WRONG ones, he boast about big Companies that he has sued but when you look at the cases he LOST!! Do NOT HIRE!
