Hired Attorney

WE CHOOSE MR. DYESS BECAUSE HE WAS RECOMMENDED, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT KNEW HIM SAID HE WOULD BE A GOOD CHOICE AS A CRIMINAL LAWYER. HE MADE ONE PROMISE AFTER ANOTHER, AND KEPT NONE OF THEM. NOT A SINGLE ONE! SINCE HE COULDNT KEEP ANY OF HIS PROMISES HE MADE. THE LAST THING WE ASKED IS COULD YOU A LEAST MAKE THE CHARGES RUN CONCURRENT, AND SAID FOR AN EXTRA AMOUNT OF MONEY. WHICH WE GAVE HIM ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. HE DIDN'T MAKE THAT HAPPEN. SO SINCE HE COULDN'T DO THAT, WE ASKED CAN YOU GIVE US THE EXTRA MONEY BACK. HE SAID NO. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION, ANYONE COULD HAVE A EVER RECEIVED FOR A NON-VIOLENT CRIME. A COURT APPOINTED LAWYER COULD HAVE DONE WHAT HE DONE. WASTE OF GOOD MONEY. FELT LIKE WE WERE SOLD OUT. THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING LAW...
