Hired Attorney Theresa Spearing

Our experience with Theresa Spearing was very disappointing. She was unprofessional and clearly unprepared for trial — she did not seem to have all the facts straight, and even had to call someone to rush additional “evidence” to the courtroom at the last minute. Despite charging us a premium, her representation offered us no real help or guidance. We expected a competent advocate but instead felt completely unsupported. I would not recommend her services.

Hired Attorney Theresa Spearing

I was paying for everything, and the cost was ridiculous. Scam artist at its best. Lied about other cases she has "won" and charged me for information i gave her to help my case. Sent me emails that were unnecessary and proceeded to charge for that as well. Money hungry company with poor results. Also there is no payment plant to help struggling single parents going through a divorce. Better off looking for another law firm. Clark Law is a waste of time, money, and effort.

Hired Attorney Deborah M. Shepherd

She is a complete rip off!! My mother in law spoke with her first about her services and set it up so that I’d have a consultation for $300 with her, etc (not going to go to far into detail as I’m pursuing this fuether) I then called to schedule it and her paralegal confirmed every bit of information including it being $300 to review my paperwork and discuss with me what she thought/could do. So I sent it to them, and Deborah called me the next day. AT THE END she put me through to her paralegal who then proceeded to tell me I had to pay another $400 something dollars and absolutely refused to discuss it or to honor their agreement of $300 for the consultation! Not only that but despite knowing when the court date was prior to setting up the consultation Deborah still did it as an obvious way to make quick money because when I emailed the paralegal about the court date later that day she told me Deborah could not represent me she was on vacation that week!! SCAM
