About Deborah M. Shepherd

Attorney Shepherd graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, located in the Berkshires, in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. She then worked in the computer field for sixteen years before attending Franklin Pierce Law Center and graduating in 2003. While at Pierce Law, Attorney Shepherd participated in the Civil Practice Clinic and the Child Advocacy Clinic. She also participated in the Mediation Clinic and mediation competition during law school. Upon graduation, Attorney Shepherd began working for a general practice firm and handled cases in personal injury, property disputes, criminal defense, landlord/tenant, small business, and family law. Attorney Shepherd has been with Clark Law Offices since 2004 assisting client with their legal needs, whether it requires research, advocacy, mediation, litigation or a combination of any of these.

Hired Attorney

She is a complete rip off!! My mother in law spoke with her first about her services and set it up so that I’d have a consultation for $300 with her, etc (not going to go to far into detail as I’m pursuing this fuether) I then called to schedule it and her paralegal confirmed every bit of information including it being $300 to review my paperwork and discuss with me what she thought/could do. So I sent it to them, and Deborah called me the next day. AT THE END she put me through to her paralegal who then proceeded to tell me I had to pay another $400 something dollars and absolutely refused to discuss it or to honor their agreement of $300 for the consultation! Not only that but despite knowing when the court date was prior to setting up the consultation Deborah still did it as an obvious way to make quick money because when I emailed the paralegal about the court date later that day she told me Deborah could not represent me she was on vacation that week!! SCAM
