Avise properties was not communicating with me. This man was very awesome at mediating and dimpling trying to come up with a plan. I was worried they were ignoring me and had anxiety about reaching out to a lawyer but he honesty was helpful.
I consulted with this attorney several years ago about Avise Properties, Inc. and how to get the landlord to make repairs and stop retaliating. Natalie from the Way Home recommended him and sever people from the NH Bar and Pro Bono Program sent me to him. Ironically, the owners of the property hired him now to file an action against me regarding the same issues I went to speak to him about. He suggested I file a reasonable accommodation. He answers my calls and is very nice!
Very unethical, lies and threatens people. He's extremely unprofessional and he's a bully and condescending. I bet if you looked at 98% of his cases, he lied and had his clients lie. He needs to be disbarred and investigated.
B Shausnessy dishonest and unethical -Bullied a disabled but Stella tenant -with no money,car or family! He asked me to trust him then NOT ONLY Knowingly willfully intentionally he covered up unsecured unsafe non compliant building violations and tax fraud but also covered up harassment bullying and stalking of the landlord - Then RETALIATED AND ILLEGALLY EVICTED ME -blocked any of my chances securing a pro bono attorney,he is president of pro bono - EVICTION BASED ON BOGUS And DEFLAMATORY word
