She has completed many specialized training programs conducted by the National College for DUI Defense, DUI defense specialists recognized by the American Bar Association.

In addition, she is one of a small group of defense lawyers in New Hampshire who has been certified in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST's), which are the battery of tests administered by the police to assess a driver's level of intoxication. Furthermore, she is a Certified Breath Test Operator in New Hampshire. In the area of personal injury law, she has attended numerous advanced seminars in all aspects of the practice; she has similar experience in the workers' compensation and employment law areas of her practice.
She has been a teacher on the panels of N.H. CLE (Continuing Legal Education) programs in all of her practice areas. Attorney Amodeo-Vickery is actively involved in many civic and professional organizations. For many years, she was president of the American Stage Festival Board of Trustees.
