I needed to find a lawyer for my custody case. I reached out to this law firm because they had good reviews from single dads. I am so glad I reached out. Justin was very helpful with everything about my case. He was very thorough and organized with all the documents and evidence I provided to him. He assured me we had a good case and we took it to trial. In the end the judge awarded me exactly what I was asking for. I will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need their services.

Words alone cannot express the gratitude I have for Kate. My case came as a big surprise and weighed heavily on me. Kate was there every step of the process to educate, give me options, support me emotionally and guide me through all the difficulties of all the court proceedings. She always made my family feel as a priority and at times, she made it seem the case was personal for her as well. Had we lost the case, I would have still left this same review; however, she walked into that court room like a fierce mama bear and fought for my daughter with professionalism and confidence and the judge’s final decision was in our favor. Kate’s father, Donald, was also present for our two-day case- this really elevated the way I felt about this family business as they took our case to heart and were vested in seeing our case through.

Justin Daniel is an amazing attorney who you definitely want on your side. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in fighting for you and your children's rights. Justin took the time to communicate all legal details to me and my family, and he was very compassionate to us in my fight to maintain parental rights. As a father and family man himself, he understood my fight was not only for myself and my kids, but it was also for my children's rights to maintain a good relationship with their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and more. I spent six months in jail that I didn't have to. My original lawyer, although famous, wasn't very helpful. Within two weeks of hiring Mr. Daugherty, I was out on $5,000 bond. I can't imagine how much longer I would have been in without him. The whole transaction was quick and painless.

I was charged by the Manassas Police Dept. back in 2018 with Felony Grand Larceny and was subsequently arrested. I immediately posted bail and was allowed to return to Texas which is where I reside. I should mention that this charge was brought against me by an estranged step sister who i've only seen one or twice in the past 30 plus years. Immediately upon my return to Texas I researched criminal defense lawyers in the Manassas area and ultimately retained the services of the Daughtry Law firm and had David Daughtry as my attorney of record. He was a proficient and knowledgeable attorney from our very first conversation. He assured me that he would handle everything, and that I didn't have anything to worry about! Well my court date came and we entered the courtroom and faster than paying a motor vehicle moving violation he had all the charges against me dismissed. Nolle Prosequi, which is the latin term for dismissal of all charges and has since helped me again. Daughtry Law is #1

Working with David for 3 weeks had been stress free.I was very open with him about my case he gave me a price and I agreed that it was fair and budget friendly.Long story short the case was dismissed and David refunded my money back which was great and unexpectedly. This guy is truly worth the money and will do everything in his power to make sure u are happy with his service.I can’t forget about his staff in the office they very friendly,respectful and helpful to all clients.
