David J. Dischley is a skilled trial attorney in Northern Virginia specializing in criminal defense. For the past 15 years, Mr. Dischley has been in the business of protecting people. During this time, he served as a United States Marine (enlisted), a Uniformed Officer for the United States Department of State, as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney (Prosecutor – Loudoun and Fauquier County), and as a contractor for a U.S. Intelligence Agency.

Utilizing this prior experience, Mr. Dischley produces proven results in even the most difficult cases. From traffic cases to serious felonies, Mr. Dischley has the experience and knowledge to craft effective defenses and negotiate needed results. Having handled thousands of DUI | DWI; Reckless Driving; Drug Cases, and White-Collar Criminal Cases, Mr. Dischley fights for his clients in order to produce proven results. After receiving a Reckless Driving summons in Fairfax, VA, I contacted a number of lawyers. I found my conversation with Dischley Law to be the most helpful. Paired with his professionalism, David’s experience as prosecutor in the past made me confident he was right for the job. At the end of the day, I was able to get a plea deal, reducing my charge from potential jail time and a $2500 to just a speeding ticket. Extremely satisfied!

I got a reckless speeding ticket in VA driving 80 in a 55 driving on Dulles Toll Rd (Rte. 267). David Dischley and his team successfully got this ticket reduced down to a normal speeding ticket 64 in a 55. David and his team were always quick to respond to email/calls. David was professional, knowledgable, and efficient. I followed the advice he gave me prior to the trial and the ticket got reduced significantly without me having to appear in court on the date of the trial. 10/10 would recommend

David's law expertise and legal experience enabled him to breakdown the strengths and weaknesses of the case, and then present the most viable options based upon a thorough risk/reward assessment. All this was done and presented with patience and understanding, but with informed recommendations. Bottom Line: David was able to get one charge dismissed and negotiate a favorable offer that eliminated the possibility
