David J. Dischley is a skilled trial attorney in Northern Virginia specializing in criminal defense. For the past 15 years, Mr. Dischley has been in the business of protecting people. During this time, he served as a United States Marine (enlisted), a Uniformed Officer for the United States Department of State, as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney (Prosecutor – Loudoun and Fauquier County), and as a contractor for a U.S. Intelligence Agency.

Utilizing this prior experience, Mr. Dischley produces proven results in even the most difficult cases. From traffic cases to serious felonies, Mr. Dischley has the experience and knowledge to craft effective defenses and negotiate needed results. Having handled thousands of DUI | DWI; Reckless Driving; Drug Cases, and White-Collar Criminal Cases, Mr. Dischley fights for his clients in order to produce proven results. Mr. Dischley provided everything you could ask for when facing your darkest days. David's law expertise and legal experience enabled him to breakdown the strengths and weaknesses of the case, and then present the most viable options based upon a thorough risk/reward assessment. All this was done and presented with patience and understanding, but with informed recommendations. Bottom Line: David was able to get one charge dismissed and negotiate a favorable offer that eliminated the possibility

David was able to reduce my reckless driving ticket to a speeding ticket and represented my case very professionally, as his credentials will clearly speak for themselves. Beyond this, David truly cares about his clients and will go above and beyond your average lawyer while representing your case.

Hired Attorney David J. Dischley

Mr. Dischley was great. I work for the Govt and I had to reckless driving tickets that could hurt my job. I have had two cases, one in Fairfax and one in Falquir both within 2 months of each other. Mr. Dishley knew where I was coming from, and he worked hard to reach out to the parties involved and the lawyers before my case was heard at court. Both cases were settled for $150, which was better than a suspension, etc. I highly recommend him, especially when are in some serious trouble.

I can’t put into words the talent this man brings to the table. Words on a screen will not do him justice. When I say he is the most competent Lawyer you will ever meet, I mean it. I was charged with a DUI ten months ago and David has been with me the whole time. He ended up getting my DUI dropped to reckless driving with very little legal consequences. It is because of him that my future won’t be hindered from a DUI charge.
