Highly recommend Theseus and his firm. Theseus is an absolute delight to work with in legal situations that are never easy for anyone. He and his team respond promptly with attention that exceeds expectations. To say that he is a master of his craft is honestly an understatement. We dealt with extremely difficult situations in my case and Theseus was able to come up with logical solutions while also dealing with non-compliant opposition. Can't recommend him more.
Theseus is a wonderful lawyer. He understands my situation and is reliable for my case. His expert advice and recommendations were well thought out. He was patient and comprehensive with his responses to my many questions - so that I was clear on the process, next steps, or fully understood before he proceeded on being actionable on my behalf.
Overall, I did not have a good experience with Anna but I would like to amend my review from 2/17 based on her reaching out and asking how she could help. My divorce did take 2-3 months longer than it should have, and there were issues with communication from her, as well as a lack of her completing the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. I do still believe she overcharged me, and when I brought this up to her, she did waive a portion of her charges. Her paralegal did tell me she would complete my name change but they never did this - I had noted this in my review, and she reached out to me and offered to do this at no additional charge. I do really appreciate her doing so as I do not think many lawyers would offer to do this. The lack of communication and the disorganization leads me to believe that Anna is possibly taking on too much at this time. Unfortunately, I still cannot recommend her based on my overall experience. But I do think that maybe this case could be a lesson.
Do NOT recommend. Overcharges, lies about what she has done or will do for you, does not communicate, and delayed my case, caused issues, never did what she said... etc. Do not hire this lawyer.
