Overall, I did not have a good experience with Anna but I would like to amend my review from 2/17 based on her reaching out and asking how she could help. My divorce did take 2-3 months longer than it should have, and there were issues with communication from her, as well as a lack of her completing the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. I do still believe she overcharged me, and when I brought this up to her, she did waive a portion of her charges. Her paralegal did tell me she would complete my name change but they never did this - I had noted this in my review, and she reached out to me and offered to do this at no additional charge. I do really appreciate her doing so as I do not think many lawyers would offer to do this. The lack of communication and the disorganization leads me to believe that Anna is possibly taking on too much at this time. Unfortunately, I still cannot recommend her based on my overall experience. But I do think that maybe this case could be a lesson.
Do NOT recommend. Overcharges, lies about what she has done or will do for you, does not communicate, and delayed my case, caused issues, never did what she said... etc. Do not hire this lawyer.
