I was in a car accident in Atlanta but I live in South Carolina. Another attorney reffered me to Eichholz Law Firm. I was told by the other drivers insurance company that I couldn't get any compensation because the driver only carried a small amount of insurance. I was immediately put in the care of Ms. Shaunta Waters. I didn't get to talk to the attorney who handled my case but it didn't matter because Ms. Waters kept me up to speed and explained to me the ins and out of my case throughout my entire process. I would reccomend any one to use the Eichholz Firm and highly recommend yoou be put in the care of Ms. Shaunta Waters. I had a great experience.

They sabotaged my case, ignored deadlines, and protected their legal buddies instead of fighting for me. They let my discovery deadline expire without filing motions, refused to collect key evidence, and intentionally omitted critical information from filings to shield opposing counsel. For months, they ignored my emails and refused to provide my own case documents. David Eichholz allowed a conflict of interest to remain intact without sharing this information with his client or doing anything to resolve it until his client discovered it himself this is deliberate malpractice. If you value your case, stay FAR AWAY from The Eichholz Law Firm. They will betray you when it matters most.
I’ve been dealing with my case since April, and still haven’t settled yet, I had to purchase my own medical records to send to my case manager, and I’m receiving letters from the other insurance company stating they still haven’t heard anything from my attorney. I have requested to speak directly to the attorney to discuss expedite this process or go just see why it has taken so long, but still I haven’t been able too.
The worst experience I have ever had. After being in a tragic accident the last thing you want is to be represented by a law firm who doesn’t keep you updated, lies to you and doesn’t care about the client.
Come to find out my personal infomation is stored on a public online server which flagged my personal infomation protection company.... With it open and not secure server means someone can get all your infomation with the right key click on a keyboard and internet... My social shouldnt be that easy to find...
