Ben and his assistant Kate were kind and knowledgeable, as well as professional, compassionate and responsive. They assisted my elderly relatives with an urgent matter and treated them with respect and dignity. The experience reminded me of the way that Macon once was, during a time when people treated one another with kindness and respect and a handshake (now a fist bump) had a positive meaning. I can honestly say that we had a good experience with Martin Snow.

Hired Attorney Thomas Peter Allen III

Tom Allen exceeded my expectations for an attorney. The unique circumstances of my case made it less than straight forward, and it was evident to me that Tom's depth of knowledge of the law saved me tens of thousands of dollars! When I was contacted by the Trustees office more than a year later (due to an error on my part), Tom diligently fought that action AND WON! He did all of this for one very reasonable flat fee! I don't believe any other attorney would have worked as hard for a client.

Baron Thomas Gibson use to represent my interests purchasing investment properties. Baron Gibson allowed my ownership interest involving several properties to be stolen based on his lack of knowledge and laziness. This guy is cocky and will never accept responsibility if an error is clearly made on his end so I would advise any investor or homeowner to get another legal source to look over their docs upon signature with him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
