This was one of the most frustrating and destabilizing professional experiences I have ever had. Communication was consistently poor. I spent weeks trying to obtain basic information that should have been routine, and I repeatedly had to follow up just to get acknowledgment that my emails were received. Requests about billing, case status, and access to my own client file often went unanswered despite multiple follow-ups and approaching deadlines. Access to my own case file became an ordeal. Despite repeated requests, I was not provided a complete copy of my file. When I went to the office in person after being told in writing to do so, I was not allowed to review my file before being asked to sign documents, was not given a copy, and was left waiting for a prolonged period. The interaction with staff felt hostile and intimidating, which was deeply uncomfortable in a professional setting. Billing raised serious red flags.
