Moster Craft Attorneys at Law is a law firm established in 2010 with an office in Lubbock, TX. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing business law, breach of contract, business contracts and 49 other areas of law.
I am from out of state and had no clue who to pick to handle my situation. All I can say is that God guided my choice from the moment I clicked in the internet to find a suitable lawyer. My experience-Solar panel fraud-possible litigation or arbitration-1.Communication-received a free phone call from Mr. Moster (March 2023). 2. Quality-The firm is perhaps overseeing more pertinent, consistent cases or clients with better returns, unlike mine-less profitable 3. Responsiveness-received one phone call from Miguel (March 2023). A small series of Email correspondence during fact finding, evidence gathering phases (which I provided) and review of certified letters (April 2023). Then, nothing from anyone, not a phone call, nor email in reference to my case. The most communication was from admin staff via email for invoicing and payment. 4. Value-it wasn't of any benefit for me personally. When I finally got a call after I submitted a request for follow up, (May 2024) it was with information that I should have received a lot sooner and I was charged for the phone call. Resulting in faith lost in my situation.
Unprofessional, unresponsive, neglectful. I paid this firm to set up an LLC for me. Ultimately my partners and I didn’t need the additional LLC so we then paid for Moster to close the LLC that never even began to operate. They charged more money to close the LLC than open it and it has taken over 6 months to do. For the past 3 months I haven’t received a single response to whether or not they have completed the process. The office manager, Priscilla, has even emailed her own people stating that she needed a response ASAP to no avail. This place is an absolute joke, a waste of time, and a waste of money.
