They treated me with respect and kept me informed every step of the way.
I love the firm. They were a huge help. I was able to get paid and get my medical bills taken care of.
company was easy to contact, easy to communicate with, and was very reliable
and very quick to get matters taken care of. and finished
Staff is very nice and professional, communication could be better.
There were times when phone calls were not promptly returned, but all in all it was a good experience with an acceptable result.
I thought they could have kept me informed a lot better. I also feel like they could have gotten more money, and proper medical. As well they could have helped with receiving social security disability even if temporary.
I have not spoken with David Larue, personally. He has assigned a paralegal to speak for him. There is A LOT of double talk and word games when I speak with his assigned paralegal. Its VERY FRUSTRATING!
The Tyler office is very lackadaisical about returning phone calls and keeping clients updated.
I had to leave a number of messages before my lawyer called me back I never heard from him until I was through with therapy and the offer from insurance company wasn't enough to even cover my medical bills. He did get the places to go down but it left me with not much at all. Wasn't worth going through a lawyer I could have gotten that on my own.
