Mr. Simms promised the world and delivered absolutely nothing. He was there for the 1st court date to take the money and never showed up again; an associate came each time thereafter. Trying to get a call was like pulling teeth. I could have done just as well if not better with a public defender. I would say do not waste your money, defend yourself or get a public defender to help you out...no matter if it's only your 1st offense or not.
