Great experience from the start. They got me a great Dr and dealt with all the bills... What you find out after a car accident is that the insurance companies don’t want to pay and if your injured and need large amounts of treatments chances are you will need an attorney to fight to make the insurance company pay. all the bills... You might as well hire one like Brandon who cares about your well being as much or more than the settlement dollars... don’t get me wrong - we got a great settlement but a great deal happens first. and you definitely want someone solid for the whole case and Brandon is that guy!!!!!

Best car accident attorney in Newark maybe all of New Jersey. Definitely worked hard and won a massive settlement in six months.... haha apparently sometimes they can take years but mine didnt and its all because of Brandon and his case managers. Hopefully i won’t ever need another personal injury attorney but if i did id definitely hire Brandon!!!

The Personal Injury firm!!!! This firm did everything possible to make my crazy situation smooth... Car accident attorneys come in many different shapes and sized but Brandon Broderick is the best. His entire squad of attorneys and paralegals work professionally and diligently to get you everything you dissever after the backlash of being injured in a car wreck.... I was rear-ended at a stoplight and the first bill we received was over $20k... Brandon let us know on the first call that we were in good hands and he would take care of everything while my. husband

Ber-L-006192-23 active case Anderson v Broderick Also isn't it Interesting how Dr Ningning He appears multiple times in Broderick's cases? Dr Ningning He was involved in at Least one rico case. Maybe its just a coincidence. Businesses wire article from Jan 22, 2022 expansion into M&A lead by Sandeep Masih a guy with a 30 year career in healthcare. Coincidentally his firm was representing Plaintiff's in employment discrimination lawsuits against healthcare adjacent companies. It's very interesting. Red Cross Virginia Dare extracts Berry Just to name a few.

Hired Attorney Mr. Michael K. Fortunato

He files in the wrong court and once the case is moved to federal court he ghosts you. Vague communication never met face to face. Never even saw a photo of him other than the one on brodericks website . No zoom call nothing. Another attorney Mike Reilly takes over the case without ever informing me fortunato was terminated. They locked me out of the client portal. I was never uiedeposed and not informed of any court dates. This firm won't even give me my client file. Im not certain how many others had this lack of transparency but I found at least 8 federal employment cases on pacer that started with Fortunato filing in the wrong court, case then moved to federal court and then Mike Reilly being substituted in. Suddenly a notice of attorney termination for fortunato is sent to the court. Cases get left to quietly die. Look up his name on pacer and you will see the entire playbook. Same pattern every time. I wish I would have discovered this before they made a disastrous mess.

I am a client of this firm, and sadly, my experience has been deeply disappointing. They show little to no interest in maintaining communication with their clients. This has been, without question, the most frustrating experience we’ve had. Updates are almost never provided, leaving clients in the dark for months. Our case has been pending for over three years, and we’ve had to practically beg for any information. When they do respond—often after a week or more—they simply say they’re extremely busy. I’m not writing this out of frustration, but to warn others so they don’t fall into the same trap with this firm.

I retained them in JANUARY of 2024 to represent me in a slip and fall. They took on the case, hired an investigator and filed the complaint. The defendant wanted to question me but it kept getting postoponed. It was postponed 4 different times. I inquired to my attorney about this and they lied to me and told me the defandant was initiating all the adjournments. Thats not the case. I asked my attorney for copies of each adjournment request and they said they would send. The very next day they told me they didn't want to move forward with my case after 7 months of work. My apprearance date is 2 on 23 July tuesday and they decided NOT to proceed 3 business days before the scheduled appearance. I have no documentation from them and I need to hire another attorney., Very UNPROFESSIONAL

8 months and the only reimbursement paid by my insurance was to my medical providers cause I personally submitted my insurance information to them and they made the claim themselves without the lawyer. 1 month since I left Broderick's firm & I am finally getting reimbursed. I put in claims without a lawyer and it was way less work than with this firm & I got actual results. Janet had the claim information for months and did nothing. then AFTER she was clearly fired in writing she emailed me saying she went to my insurance company to represent me tho I had already fired her & she went through my medical records after the case was closed for her office. That is a huge violation of privacy and legal misrepresentation. Janet was so incompetent that even when I sent her edits to forms that she only had to cut & paste & switch out as directed- she would fail to do it correctly 6xs! Brandon Broderick's firm is horribly inhumane, grossly incompetent, & illegally misrepresented me after firing.
