Awful. Is a money fleecer. For a simple mediation he took over 8 hours. He separated us, and then went to each of us and spoke for hours about irrelevant topics. Then he told us, that is our fault the mediation took so long because WE could not make the decision. Totally false. We also paid him to arbitrate a decision for us in Nov., he claimed he would have the decision completed in one week. It now Feb the next year, still no decision, only once communication back! He also conveniently added his name to our MOU, as an arbitrator to every change we have. Thus, according to the court we HAVE to go thru him. He is aware of our financials and is happy to charge his outragous pricis for poor mediation. He should be ashamed. STAY AWAY!
