This is a very aggressive and smart law firm. The lawyers are extremely knowledgeable and want to win for the client. I was extremely happy with my results. If you want to make sure that your money is well spent, use this law firm! I was so impressed.

My legal issue was fraud in the distribution in my parent’s trust/estate by the executor, my brother. In court, Mr. Wade produced such a thoroughly researched, evidential-based job of questioning my brother on the stand for hours, that even my brother’s attorneys knew they had a huge problem and asked to settle at the end of the day. Mr. Wade is knowledgeable, principled and always had our best interests in mind.

Where do I start. I selected wade litigation to handle my DVRO case and my divorce. To start I was assigned 3 attorneys which whom all failed me. I gave this firm more than 50k and I lost my DVRO because they removed my first attorney 1 week before my hearing. The opposing counsel had me on cross for more than 2 hours. The evidence I had wasn't used and my assigned attorney only asked my ex a few questions maybe 2 which was about 5 min.so of course I lost because nothing was produced that I provided. So I lost my case. Now Im dealing with my divorce and this firm was late on filing deadlines to date I don't have documents they billed me for. Ive called and left messages that aren't returned. Ive asked to speak with Wadw himself and of course that's a joke. So Im out of 50k with this firm and as soon as I informed them I was leaving because I was tired of receiving emails from the opposing counsel on documents that they didn't receive or emails weren't addressed.

Called for a consultation, set up and appointment. Never got a call back, called a second time. Got told I’d be called right back. Never got back to me. I was referred to them by a friend. And even came to this website to see the reviews. Unfortunate that that’s how I was treated. Cause from reviews they seem like a good firm….

Wade Law grossly mishandled my case so it got called frivolous and was dismissed with a penalty. And furthermore, Wade Law didn‘t inform me about these facts and the closure of my case for several months so when i finally heard about the closure of the case, the chance to appeal had been gone. The company seem to have a chaotic management and no professional knowledge of the law. Be careful to interact with them. Read up more reviews on other websides to get a better picture of Wade Law.

This is one of the worst law firms. Please don't waste your money here, as this is the only thing that they care about. Very unorganized, very unprofessional. The attorneys have little idea what is going on and are unprepared for court days, even making mistakes like forgetting to bring paper work to court. They charge $1000 dollar for a form and then end up not taking it to court. They use Marxtra to communicate between paralegals and other members of their team to work on your case, but none of them have any idea what is going on with your case. There is no communication between any of them. They do not fight for you at all in court. Family Law and divorce is already stressful, but hiring a lawyer and firm to represent you that does nothing, makes it even worse. After spending almost $30,000 at this firm, I had to look for another lawyer to submit all the papers that needed to be submitted and handle my case properly. With all the money that I spent, the very least that I expected.

Do not, I repeat, do not retain this lawyer unless you are rich. I gave them my last dime and was told that my $7000 retainer could possibly cover both a response to a restraining order and file for a divorce.. They spent $8100 before the 1st court date. I now have no money and can no longer Fight my case. I never met my lawyer as she lived 200 miles away their plan was to do all court visits through telecom. They'd never plan to have someone standing next to you in court. I felt so stupid. In my personal experience, I would never recommend Wade law group. Here's how I believe they scam you. The intake team is very responsive at first and makes strong promises about quick action and aggressive representation However, once you're assigned a lawyer, everything slows down. I experienced repeated delays, lack of follow-up, and constant excuses about why progress wasn't being made on my case. I had a critical legal timeline, which was missed entirely due to their inaction. Despite my repeated efforts to get updates, I felt ignored and undervalued. Eventually, I retained another law firm—one that actually listened, understood the urgency, and took decisive action. Within days, that firm helped secure over $3.5 million through letters sent on the 12th. They consumed my retainer with no meaningful progress and then moved on—just another client to scam.
