I used Sm Law Group to file for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and they were amazing. My attorney was John Sarai. He was very friendly, explained everything to me in detail, and always responded when I called, or emailed. He helped get all of my paperwork together and file it for me so I would not have to miss any days at work. He helped me understand the step by step process of doing my credit counseling online as well. We went to bankruptcy court and we were in and out. It was a very easy process.

Mr. Sarai was the attorney with whom I worked. He was the consummate professional: patient, efficient, and always made himself available whenever I expressed concerns or had questions. His two colleagues, Kian and Anthony, were also professional and helpful. Anthony was present with me during my hearing. Mr. Sarai had prepared me ahead of time, and as he indicated, Anthony was present and also put me at ease prior to the hearing. Without hesitation I would recommend this law firm.

John is a great attorney that delivered on what he said he can do. He assisted me and my business with our debts, and helped eliminate them to get me that fresh start. Beware scam. I wanted to just file BK they sell you on consumer credit to sue first. After a year of them doing nothing and you doing all the work ended up wasting time money and loosing out on a big case that any other competent lawyer who knows the laws could of done. They do not respond to emails right away or phone calls. Research first. They take your money real fast but never help you when you need it most. Even mailed me a parking ticket that they got by mistake. John and Asad. watch out!
