The nice thing about John is how easy it is to contact him with questions and how patient he was with the answers. He handled my simple bankruptcy with the same professionalism that you would expect from a high power corporate attorney working for a Fortune 500 company. The office help were also kind and courteous whenever I called. I highly recommended his firm.

This was our first experience with meeting with a lawyer and filing for Bankruptcy. John Sarai talked with us and went over all the points of a Chapter 7 before we filed. He went step by step at the beginning, followed up with us, communicated when needing information. Kept us updated and was always available to us when questions arose. John made the process so it was non stressful as possible.
I highly recommend John to anyone that will be going through the process that we went through.

I can't think of any situation that causes self-deprecation as easily as needing to file bankruptcy. John Sarai made the process so easy and as stress free as possible. His calm demeanor and assurances took a great deal of the stress out of the process. Today, six months after my discharge, I needed some paperwork sent to me. Not only did he know who I was right away, but by the time I hung up the phone and opened my email, everything I needed had arrived. John Sarai is amazing!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
