Claudia is very easy to deal with, the reception staff is very rude and not happy at all when you call to ask for your legal asst.
I am a repeat customer; M. Silvers represented my ex-husband and his parents in an auto accident suit. I spoke to him once or twice then. The accident occurred in 1993. Now, 20 years later, I needed his services for a auto accident in which I was injured. I have not spoken to him at all, even though I have left several messages. I only speak to his assistant, which is rare. I have no idea of what the status or outlook are regards my settlement.
This idiot and his firm (all employees that I had contact with) mishandled my case from the beginning to the end. They lost files and communications on what should have been a "SLAM DUNK" case. They wouldn't return calls, and on more than one occasion sent me the wrong paperwork. Paperwork that wasn't even related to my case.When the case was finally resolved they actually had the audacity to act like they did me a favor. I've dealt with other law firms in the past and these jerks suck!
