Claudia (my legal rep) was great, she was always around to take my calls. The firm assisted me with all aspects of care from medical visits to my 2 surgeries. The ease of getting a hold of my rep was a small problem, the front desk staff or operators can be a little rude, they should sound happy on the phone not mean.

Claudia is very easy to deal with, the reception staff is very rude and not happy at all when you call to ask for your legal asst.

They did complete my case & I did receive a financial reward adequate for my injuries, time & loss. They are very much the ambulance chasers & were terrible at communicating with me. They firm sent me to "their" MD and a chiro. The MD only gave me 2 check ups. The chiro never adjusted me and after almost 2 months I just went to my doctor for a phys therapy referral to recover the use of my left arm. Staff was not stable at Silvers' office; I had 2-3 reps before resolution & almost no updates.

I am a repeat customer; M. Silvers represented my ex-husband and his parents in an auto accident suit. I spoke to him once or twice then. The accident occurred in 1993. Now, 20 years later, I needed his services for a auto accident in which I was injured. I have not spoken to him at all, even though I have left several messages. I only speak to his assistant, which is rare. I have no idea of what the status or outlook are regards my settlement.

The office staff is a nightmare! I have never received such horrible customer service in my life. Save yourself time and just find a new lawyer.

They have not once treated me as a person I feel they treat me like 33.3%. I call and have left messages and instead of phone calls returned I get emails containing 3 or 4 words. The staff is completely rude when you call. They don't care if your life is falling apart or if your hungry or about to be homeless due to the severity of your injury and the many life changing events that happen due to your injury. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE WAS CHOOSING THIS FIRM. SHOP AROUND.

First when you call the young lady that answers the phone acts as if you are bothering her and is completely rude for no reason at all. Second when you get your para-legal they start off as nice then less then a week goes by and they do a 360 on you. They will not for any reason take your call, instead you leave a message and about a week later you get an email from them stating " no changes in the case ". Trying to get your question answered is something they will not take the time to do.

This idiot and his firm (all employees that I had contact with) mishandled my case from the beginning to the end. They lost files and communications on what should have been a "SLAM DUNK" case. They wouldn't return calls, and on more than one occasion sent me the wrong paperwork. Paperwork that wasn't even related to my case.When the case was finally resolved they actually had the audacity to act like they did me a favor. I've dealt with other law firms in the past and these jerks suck!
