This law firm gave me great hope that they could stop my foreclosure date by getting a loan modification package in. They told me they could and would do that. They said that when I paid them $700 they would submit my loan package to the bank and it would stop the foreclosure date. They also had a monthly fee that would continue as they went through all the documents with the bank. I paid the $700. I gave Olympia Law Firm all my information and loan package. They NEVER submitted it to the bank! I kept calling them, and they said they were working on it. Or they said someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. My loan package was never submitted. The foreclosure date happened. That was back in March. To this day, 5 months later, they still have not submitted my loan package to the bank. I have asked for my money back at the very least, but they told me they are attorneys and I shouldn't try to get my money back from a law firm. Do not use this law firm.
Scam, they never responded to legal action by the loan servicers ,would not return my call or email and i had to hire a real attorney to get my problem solved. A Waste Of Money and their lack of professionalism may cause you to lose your house. I don't understand why the State of California allows this firm to do business.
In the beginning, I recieved several call daily where as they blew my phone up until I signed agreement . When I asked the name of lawyer and phone number that would represent me hete in Georgia as well as requested copies of the documents they said had been sent to morgage lawyerr and courts I havent heard anything from them. Thank God I was able to stop the direct withdrawal and have obtained a rwell known law firm here in Georgia of whom assured me I would have been scammed. My new law firm took care of everything that was needed to be done while I was in the office and gave me my copies. DONT DO IT PLEASE
