I cant believe I get to keep my home. I was in the process of saving my home by myself and at the last min the lender started the foreclosure process on me and said I was denied for my modification WITHOUT looking at my new income. I contacted Olympia and spoke with Monica. She explained the process in detail and was available for questions daily. I would highly recommend this company.

I hired Olympia Law Group to fight my mortgage lender who was trying to foreclose my home. The first lawyer assigned to my case was nice and helpful and we had a great relationship. A year into the case all contact was cut off and all of a sudden all phone numbers have been disconnected, including cell numbers as well as business numbers. Apparently the firm no longer exists either. As for Matin Rajabov he is not legally supposed to be practicing law, yet he has 2 firms [Olympia Law Group and Legal Justice Law Center] with the same address. I am now losing my home because they have done nothing on my behalf. Look up Olympia Law Group now and you will see thousands of people in the same boat as I am. As for Matin Rajabov and his so called law firms will do nothing except see to it that you lose your home and your retainer fee. They are scam artists

Olympia Law group is not a company I would ever recommend. I hired them for 2 reasons and they accomplished 1, stop foreclosure. Not once did we ever discuss a loan modification, that was NOT my 2nd reason for hiring them. No communication from them, i tried email and phone calls, nothing. The next thing I know is that I get a loan modification from my mortgage company. I tried to contact Olympia Law Group and did not receive any response. I ran out of time and because my home was again in jeopardy I had to sign the modification. Let me tell you what Olympia Law Group helped accomplish. 1) my loan was extended 40 years, until 2061 2) the interest rate is still what it was when I purchased the house, 6.875% 3) $17,000 was added to the amount of my loan 4) property taxes that have always been included in my escrow are all of the sudden past due so even more time and money are going to be added to the mortgage. You tell me, did Olympia Law Group perform their duties? NO

This Company is a Scam waiting to take your money. They should actually be in Jail themselves for scamming people and acting as if they are going to help. Don't waste your time or lose your money.

I contacted this company to do a modification for me and they took my money and did nothing, I almost lost my house. Please, save your money and try to work things out with your lender as I had to.

This hellish experience had and continues to be the worst possible financial nightmare possible. They have lied to us from the beginning and continue to do so. Our case has been mishandled and 7 months later, they have accomplished nothing. We upheld our end of the contact, they have not. They've lost our personal documents, i.e. tax returns, on more than one occasion. They're a scam. Don't be fooled by their sales practices like we were.
