We had a very nice experience at Lurie & Seltzer. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Mr Lurie spent quality time with us. Mr.Lurie made us feel real comfortable when we discussed our legal problems. The advice that he gave us was the best advice anyone could have given us. He was very prompt to call us back when calling for an appointment. We also thought he is a very humble person. If we could score Barak Lurie and the staff they would get 5 Stars.

Both Barak Lurie and Michele Seltzer provided excellent advice and direction in pursuing the litigation we brought against a former business associate. Michele is an excellent attorney and communicator who constantly offered assurances that we were correct in our pursuit of a settlement. Her prep was thorough, her presentation precise, and along with her command of the issues at hand, made her a dominant presence during mediation.

I was very pleased with their work and found them not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very personable and enjoyable to work with. I assessed them to be diligent and thorough and I know they spent more than a few nights "burning the midnight oil" on my behalf. My former Wall Street firm settled with me after being presented the facts along with potential consequences of going to court as presented by Barak and Michele regarding the clear USERRA violations while I was with them.

They made the best of a bad situation. We were highly satisfied with the outcome of our case. We had started our action with another attorney.
