It was a pleasure working with Barak and Brent for the past few years. I've used other attorneys in the past about my case but I was glad that I finally found them a few years ago. Hired Attorney Barak Lurie

Extremely knowledgeable, professional and I highly, highly recommend Mr. Lurie and his team. I had an URGENT legal matter pertaining to a Real Estate transaction in which I was a buyer. On the day of our Closing, the Seller threatened to pull out of the Sale (just hours before the deadline to close) if I (as the buyer) did not agree to sign a specific document releasing the Seller of any Liability, after the Seller was in Breach of Contract. Painted into a corner, I had no idea what to do or what my rights were and what next steps I should take. I contacted Mr. Lurie's office at about noon with my urgent matter (deadline of 4pm). Within 30 minutes, I heard back and had a scheduled call with Mr. Lurie within the hour. Mr. Lurie listened to my situation and immediately provided me the legal guidance as to what I should do next and how we should legally proceed. Mr. Lurie calmly assured me that he was an expert in Real Estate matters and guided me to a VERY successful resolution.

We were very fortunate to have Barak Lurie of Lurie & Seltzer to represent us in a legal matter. We consulted with a few attorneys and it wasn't until we decided on Lurie & Seltzer that we knew we made the RIGHT decision. Within a very short amount of time, Mr. Lurie calmed us down and reassured us that we were in very good hands. Right from the start, Mr. Lurie had his associate Brent Kramer gather all relevant information as he continued to reassure us as well as helping us to navigate through this difficult situation. Although Mr. Lurie mentioned the fact that there are no guarantees of winning (as all other Law Firms' did,) we were very surprised at how fast they were able to have our legal matter settled and without having to compensate the other party. If anyone mentions they need a lawyer...Barak Lurie of Lurie & Seltzer is the only Law Firm we recommend. More importantly, we know that we never have to look for Legal representation again because Barak & Seltzer have our back.
