Do Not hire This Attorney for Probate, he doesn’t care or fights for the best interest of the estate or in your defense. He settles in his best interest, based on conflicts of interest. In 2018 I hired him to represent me to defend my grandmother estate from fraud, and he didn’t do anything but appointed to represent my father and 2 uncles who are the only heirs of the estate based on a written Holographic Will my grandmother wrote and the attorney never informed or presented the will in court. He instead agreed to settled with the other party who presented and unsigned trust and gave them 50% of the estate and transferred the property to the unsigned trust, sold the property and administered the funds. Him and the realtor, escrow, other party attorney forged our signatures on paperwork. Then he charged $15k from me, my mother, and 2 uncles when he only represented me not them I signed his retainer. Till today he hasn’t closed the case, and already got his part of $$.
Do not mess with this lawyer. This is a money hungry shark. He has no care about you at all. This man will work the system so he could hold on to our money. He wanted more them his share. He held on and didn't settle the estate. We are people who have no slot of money. Bleeding the estate made very little to him, You could not speak with him over the phone. Office visits means more money. So if you want any action . You need to pay. Don't get me wrong it's not because he wanted payment is the reason for my complain. This man wants more the thirty-three-and-third.
