Lisa L. Boswell is a Partner at Early Sullivan Wright Gizer & McRae LLP.
Ms. Boswell handles complex legal matters for a broad range of individual and corporate clients. She has extensive experience in numerous practice areas, including intellectual property law, commercial and business litigation, real estate litigation, and product liability.
Ms. Boswell has managed multi-million dollar cases for Fortune 500 clients, defending corporate clients against a variety of claims. She has represented defendants in cases involving allegations of copyright infringement, violations of the Lanham Act, and other intellectual property matters. She has also defended clients against class action claims, as well as breach of contract, fraud, discrimination, and wrongful termination allegations.
Ms. Boswell received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Riverside and her Juris Doctorate from the Whittier College School of Law, where she also received the American Jurisprudence Award in Professional Responsibility Practicum Skills.
She is licensed to practice in California, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court of the Central District of California.
