Hired Attorney

I highly recommend the legal services of Daniel Weintraub and his team at Weintraub & Selth to represent your best interests. I came to Daniel's office seeking immediate legal counsel to avert a legal disaster. A disgruntled former employee had filed a malicious, predatory law suit against my wife. This suit was being defended by a law firm motivated by billing fees not results. 1 year later, the case still dragging on, my wife switched attorney hoping for better advice but still it was deadlocked. 18 months of fees, no progress, stress, frustration, being passed to junior lawyers... it was a nightmare and time to seek help. Our first meeting with Daniel was a revelation; here was clarity and here was a roadmap. Daniel's outstanding legal and people skills, masterful negotiating and deal making saved the day. Within weeks he completely took over, settled the whole matter and achieved a result that none of us (or our lawyers) could have foreseen allowing us to move on with our lives.
