About David J. Glass

David J. Glass is a uniquely qualified family law litigator who holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology in addition to his law degree.  Glass has practiced Family Law exclusively for over 20 years, and is a Certified Family Law Specialist (State Bar of CA, Board of Legal Specialization).  His experience as a former therapist and evaluator, in addition to his accomplishments as an attorney, make him an especially talented family law practitioner.  Glass serves as the Chair of the Firm's Family Law Department. In child custody cases, the psychological issues often overshadow the legal issues.  Glass has a unique abiilty to understand and address both types of concerns.  Although concentrating on child custody and relocation litigation, Glass handles the full range of family law matters, including divorce, dissolution, division of property, child and spousal support, child custody, paternity, and prenuptial agreements.

David J Glass is an excellent family law attorney and trial lawyer in custody/move away cases
David Glass is an amazing family law attorney. He is extremely professional in his manner, courteous in his approach, and primarily interested in the most direct way to get to the core of the legal issues at hand. He is an exceptional trial lawyer in custody / move away cases. In fact, I sincerely believe that if David had not represented me, I would not have received the Court’s permission to relocate

David Glass is an EXCEPTIONAL attorney. He had brought extraordinary expertise and care to my case time and time again. He also couples his practice with professional psychology, enabling him to help me deal with all the emotional charges related to my case. My case has been ongoing for years because of my children and David's ability to be a top notch lawyer and understanding therapist when need be, has helped me through every court appearance, deposition and subpoena. A BRILLIANT ATTORNEY.

Horrible! After he charged for prenuptial and I wanted to make amendments. He just turned ghost. No reply and did not want to do anything after big charging So disappointed. Not professional. Not worth it

I have the misfortune of hiring David for a simple prenup. The only time the man was receptive and attentive was when he was trying to get his retainer. In my opinion he is not suited to be in the legal profession. He is an egotist according to all his counterparts. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

The absolute worst! Non responsive to emails, phone calls. Cancels meetings at the very last minute. Doesn't return phone calls. Unprepared for trial!! Horrible orator!!! Does not speak with authority. Speaks with tremendous hesitation. The absolute worst!! He was a walking zombie through the entire hearing. Would not recommend. In fact STAY AWAY!!!!
