1. My case took about half a year for someone to notice the paralegal was not doing her job. Not only my case, others too. 2. My immigration case was returned about 5x due to expired forms, missing docs, and missing info. 3. USCIS is reviewing cases that are past my priority date meaning an inquiry can be filed. The 2nd paralegal assigned to my case didnt want to. So guess what? I’m doing her job and filing it myself!!!! 4. They all treat you like an ignorant bafoon who is inferior in reference to knowledge. As if you can’t find out info yourself or find another attorney. 5. Attorney is always out of the office. Actually, everyone is always out of the office. Don’t expect to speak to someone on your first call. Even if you already retained the lawyer. It’s like a sales person, they got their money and dont give two flying colors about your case. BYE B!!! no thanks for your poor customer service. You take on more than you can handle and hire the worst help.
