He is not inexpensive. Trust me...use someone else even if it costs more. He'll talk your ear off the first time you see him, but good luck ever trying to get in touch with him after your initial meeting. He is near impossible to reach. And you will be in the complete dark about your case. His office will take your number and tell him that he'll get the message, but it may take weeks to return your phone call. He is unprepared in court. Flies by the seat of his pants. Not recommended.
Mr. Dunn handled my daughter's case and he told us that he could get the charges against her dismissed. Then he said that they would have to go to trial. He then talked her into pleading no contest for something that she did not do. We had proof from a counselor and CPS that these charges were untrue. Now my daughter cannot find a job because she is on probation. I do not believe that Mr. Dunn did is due diligence in my daughters case and would never recommend him to anyone.
