First off I was not even contacted or updated for months about my case. No one returned my phone calls. When I finally found out the case was settled, back in June. (Which I did not find this out till August when I called them) . Checks were sent out I was not even contacted. I had moved to a new address when checks were sent. So they said they sent to my old address would stop payment issue me a new check. So when they issued new check deducted their stop payment fee out of that check. How it that right to charge me when I was not even contacted in the first place, if I'd been contacted they could have gotten new address that is so wrong to charged me there stop payment fee out of my check. When I was never contacted about the settlement???? Wrong in so many levels.

Although all of their advertising says they assist with wrongful termination, discrimination, and various other aspects of the law, halfway through my case of them determining if they will represent me in my case I was told that Sanford law specializes in wage violations primarily but will occasionally assist with other matters. It took them 3 weeks of requesting more and more info from me to tell me that they can not represent me because I do not have substantial wage violations of overtime pay when I clearly have several other provable violations by my employer. Also not the best at communication as I had to email and text several times to get info and updates from them. Poor poor service and false advertising in my opinion as no where does it say they specialize in wage violations primarily nor does the excuse they gave for not representing me coincide with info that was requested or submitted. Spent a lot of phone/internet time with this firm for them to say no. Not right!!

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the Sanford Law Firm company. Their attorneys and lawyers had one of the worst attitudes ever . I had some questions about a case and no one even addressed my questions or concerns. One thing I certainly do know for sure is that when you do not have good team lawyers and attorneys that do not care about your customers , do not value your customers , and do not have patience with customers, they can really bring your company down. Just absolutely ridiculous what a waste of time and energy !!!!! How am I going to be interested in trying to do a business with you when your attorney and lawyers only cares about one thing and that’s making sales . Unbelievable I am highly disappointed to be treated this way.
