Marc A. Wites is a founding shareholder of Wites & Rogers Attorneys at Law and brings 28 years of trial and litigation experience to his practice. Marc has secured multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for clients in personal injury, wrongful death, sexual assault, and class action cases across both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. I found Mr. Wites after thoroughly searching online for an attorney to represent me for a TCPA claim. I decided to hire him after seeing a video of him making an impressive argument in an insurance related case. He is very committed to his clients and to their cases. He keeps you posted EVERY step of the way. Does not overpromise and makes sure you fully understand your case and its possibilities. I ended re-hiring him for a car accident and could not ask for a better attorney. I received more than what I expected thanks to his expertise. He is NOT an ambulance chaser, he is the real deal. Not only is he the kind of attorney the legal industry should strive to be known for, but also a genuinely nice guy.
