Walter took my case of DWI in June of 2008. We fought the courts of Chambers county for four years! They finally gave us a court date of Sept 29th four years later. Walter used his ability as an awesome lawyer to show the officer whom had arrested me was not telling the truth. Was embarrassing for the Chambers county offices I'm sure. I'm not using names but the county attorney had a game he was playing trying to beat Walter. I was caught in their cross hairs. Many times i did stupid stuff drinking and driving but this time i was NOT guilty three beers is all I had. The burden was on me and my awesome lawyer to prove me not guilty. This he did and my jury was a hung jury five of six said not guilty! This lawyer stood beside me for four years-- reassured me everything was going to be OK when I was ready to take their plea and go serve time when I knew I wasn't guilty! I gained a new family member with Walter and highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services!
This case was a difficult one because the minor's father was uncooperative. This case took almost 1 year to resolve. I received many correspondences from our lawyer with regard to contact with minor's father during process, a fact that we greatly appreciated.
