I have been working with Ryan McClelland for close to four years on a class action litigation. He has kept me informed all along even during the Covid pandemic when nothing was really happening. I recently met with Ryan and the Attorney for the defendants and the judge/mediator with the federal southern district court in Indiana. Everything went as smoothly as it could and I think we reached a very good settlement for me and my coworkers. We will know more in about 60 days.
