I have never had an attorney prior to working with Mark Allen for my divorce. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very caring, makes you feel comfortable regardless of what your situation entails. You will also get what you pay for, because he takes care of his clients. He knows each & every avenue in regards to divorce. I knew that he would fight for me no matter what. If you have to go through an emotional, uncomfortable situation like divorce, you want Mark Allen on your side.

Mark was very thorough and detailed in his work during my divorce and custody hearings, which greatly eased the stress of going to court. Even years later, I've been able to call and get counsel on legal intricacies of my situation.

I was recommended to use Mark E. Allen from a family member with experience working in the Clay County family court. I would recommend him to anyone, especially a father, that is going through a custody battle or really any divorce. Ended up with 50% custody of two daughters and could not be happier.

Do not hire this man for anything. He works great with apposing councils. He has diffently all about the money. You would be better off with selp- representation...pro sey Considering actions with the MBA.

Hired Attorney Mark E. Allen

I hired this lawyer because he is highly respected by his peers. Unfortunately despite my kindest efforts to prod him into action it seemed that my case was always on the back burner for him. He did little more than shuffle papers and failed to be responsive. In addition he charged his own fee for activities performed by his paralegal. (who was more responsive.)

Be warned!! If I could leave negative stars I would!! He does not care about his clients. He is a greedy greedy attorney Who only has the best interest of his pocket.
