Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Lynn was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend is handling a reckless and her and Van literally saved his life. Thank you so much Lynn! She’s absolutely amazing and so professional. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
I cannot thank Mr. Charles V. Hardenbergh, Esq. and Ms. Madison Fajnae enough for all the work they put into my case regarding a DWI charge. From the initial consultation all the way to the dismissal of the charge, Mr. Hardenbergh was professional throughout the entire process. All I asked was that he give me 100 percent, and he did that and more. If I am ever in a situation where I need legal representation, I will not hesitate to call Mr. Hardenbergh.
After receiving only my 2nd speeding ticket in 55 years of driving, and this time a criminal offense of reckless driving, I didn’t know where to turn. Luckily I found and selected the law office of Charles V Hardenbergh. My case manager, Lynn, was very knowledgeable, helpful and even patient with me throughout the process. I tend to worry a lot. She provided a list of evidence to gather which turned out to be very valuable. I’m sure the favorable outcome of my case can only be the result of their extensive experience representing defendants of these misdemeanor traffic violations in the Virginia judicial system. I couldn’t be any happier with the results as they were able to have my case dismissed. I had only to pay court costs. They certainly know what they are doing and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend needing similar services.
This was my first ever speeding ticket and without the help of Charles and his team of lawyers I would have never known what to do. Highly knowledgeable and trustworthy in all accounts. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the future.
Working with Paul Creasey @ Charles V. Hardenbergh Law firm was a great experience for me after talking to several attorneys in that field of expertise. After the first initial conversation on the phone with Paul he spoke with so much knowledge and confidence my search for an attorney was over. From that point on we communicated by phone, text and email. He told me what he needed from me and what I could expect from him. I tell you they were a few attorneys that had a lower price but when you are dealing with something that can really have a negative impact on your future in more ways than one, cheap is not the way to go. I like to say Paul you did what you said you would do and because of that I'm in a much better place and I would totally recommend you to anyone without hesitation.
There the best! When you meet with them, they make you feel comfortable! Everybody that works there is very nice! They won my case and totally got it dismissed! So if you ever need a lawyer go to them!!
Working with this attorney and his legal assistant Lexi, I found to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. They immediately put my mind at ease and they came through with a positive outcome. I would highly recommend this firm to handle your traffic violation.
Willing to explain delicate details of my case...and what's best for me to do.... Very knowledgeable of my case...and how we should proceed it.... He was determined that I did not get points....due to my "no points" driving record... I would recommend him to anyone....
I just wanted to give a hugh "THANK YOU" to you and your team of professionals! I definately would recommend, that anyone who is in the need of assistance with a traffic violation, to contact your law firm. It was truly a pleasure to work with my case worker and attorney. The communication was excellent, and the outcome of my case had even better news. DISMISSED!
I worked mostly with my Casemanager Martha, but the response I got each time I called was prompt and gave me the information I needed. They never made any promises they couldn't keep but the predictions and preparations that they asked for were totally accurate. The outcome was better than expected. Not only did I not get a "criminal" outcome for reckless driving, they were able to get an outcome with no points on my driving record. I can't thank these people enough. They are true professionals and I feel like a giant weight has been lifted. Thank you Tom Prin Manchester NJ
