The attorneys at this particular law firm are honest and prepared for each case. They are expensive, but the largest law firm in the state of Kentucky. An honorable firm.
I would not recommend using Jimmy Bradshaw as your attorney. I hired him in December 2023 for a case that is still not resolved. I have been charged over $20,000 for this simple case. When I addressed Jimmy on my concerns about nothing being done on the case but constantly being billed, he sent me a 'Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.' I hired a new attorney and was told that Jimmy was sitting on the case and barely did anything to get it resolved or closed. He was billing me for 3 hours to review an email and 2 hours to draft an email. Be aware of this attorney, he will nickle and dime you to dealth and barely do any work on the actual case you're paying him to professionally handle.
