I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Daniel C. Durand, III and his incredible paralegal, Diana Leggett, at Durand & Associates, PC. From start to finish, they made a very difficult and stressful process feel manageable and gave me the confidence to move forward. Mr. Durand was knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to explain every step of the bankruptcy process to me. He made sure I understood my rights, my options, and what to expect, which helped ease a lot of anxiety. Diana was a godsend—professional, kind, and incredibly organized. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all the necessary paperwork was handled efficiently and accurately. Her support and attention to detail were deeply appreciated. Together, they make a fantastic team that genuinely cares about their clients.
