He represented me in a personal injury lawsuit. He did a good job with reaching a settlement speedily. Problem was that I never saw any papers regarding the amount of the settlement and he had me sign a paper giving himself the power of attorney to cash the settlement check and disperse my share to me. I later regretted doing so because I felt that he received more than what he told me. I would recommend anyone in that situation to get documentation before giving him power of attorney.
After the free consultation Paul leads you to believe that the case is complicated. Then makes the simple case complicated. Poor communication, unprofessional and charges for missed calls and even an email when they are the ones who do not communicate. Even if this is the last attorney left, do not hire him!!
