Dan Walker provided excellent service and a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done by me to be successful. He answered all of my questions and spent his energy and time taking care of what needed to be done. I was satisfied with his constant communication and rapid responses to my inquiries. His staff was professional and quick to respond and get me in contact with him as well. I could rest easy knowing that he was working for my benefit. I fully recommend Mr. Walker to anyone that requires legal counsel under his areas of expertise.

I am writing this to share my personal experience with Dan Walker in DuPage County court. Working with him as Guardian ad Litem was a nightmare. A GAL is supposed to be an objective advocate for a child's best interests, but he acted with total dishonesty. He twisted facts and ignored reality. I was the primary provider, fighting to secure a stable future for my child. Walker completely disregarded the truth. He weaponized the system, dragging us through a legal battle that forced me into bankruptcy. His dishonesty broke a system meant to protect children. I spent thousands of dollars I didn't have to take my case all the way to the Appellate Court of IL just to undo the damage he caused. Thankfully, the higher court completely reversed the decision, ruling that the initial denial was 'contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence.' Walker did not care about the truth, and he did not care about the severe toll his actions took on my family. If he is assigned to your case, BEWARE.

No help whatsoever. Did not return calls and he lied over & over again. Walker, why didn't you help? You made stuff up. Why? You lied about stairs, you lied about my time on my Walker and my cane. You lied about talking to me and my husband. He was dead.

Dan Walker is one the the most dishonest, disingenuous people I have ever encountered. After speaking to me serveral times, confirming the gathering of evidence and reviewing my case, he sent me a retainer to move foward. After no futher work done and no further communication he abruptly out of the blue sends me a letter stating he is no longer moving foward with the case. He gives me no reason why. This is after sitting on the case for almost 2 years, waiting until only 2 months before that statute of limitations for my case expires.

Typical pompous attorney. Better than thou. Liar. Could not even win a simple slip & fall case. Rude as hell. No help from his office or him. No answers. Stay away from him. Keep in mind his Father went to prison

Poor communication. Never updated me. False statements in "Letter of Demand". Never returned calls. Lied. Often asked his office for updates, got nothing. His assistant was useless to me. He claimed I lost my case, no, he lost the case, I had no say so. He claimed I could not answer Judge, I never saw a Judge. This was his job. His office told me not to go to Court appearance, this was just for Attorneys. No idea what was ever said or what happened af Depositions, although I asked. Did he even Depose anyone? Never use Dan Walker
