Mr. Fleming was terrific. I needed him for a young family member that needed support and encouragement in addition to legal counsel and expertise. Doug always took the time needed to talk to us and thoroughly answer our questions and put us at ease. He made us feel as if we were his only clients. He demonstrated his experience, knowledge and skill within the system time and time again. He appeared to be highly respected among the lawyers, prosecutors and judges in Loudoun and Clarke.
