The Law Offices of Tracy L. Robinson, LC is a law firm established in 1993 with an office in Lee's Summit, MO. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing bankruptcy, bankruptcy chapter 7, bankruptcy chapter 13 and 12 other areas of law.
Assistants in the office took too long returning calls and didn't seem to want to do what was best for us.
Hired Tracy to do a Chapter 13, when I come close to being done, I started asking questions about how much I paid over the course of my case, I guess he didn't like, I was told I owed $1500 on a car I had been paying on for almost six years, within one week of a conversation my car was repossessed and Tracy dismissed my case, so if your looking for a bulldog he is the right one, as long as you dont ask questions.
We were going to hire Tracy Robinson to file for bankruptcy, but unfortunately, he had a stroke, and our meeting was canceled. The problem I have is how we were treated after his stroke. There was no communication about what was going on or what was happening. I left it for a month out of respect and then tried to get ahold of the office to get an update. I was never called or emailed back. I had given them bills and paperwork because we were going to file the week after our first meeting. Unfortunately, I did not have copies of everything I gave the firm. We had to go to another firm to file bankruptcy, and I don't have the papers I need because they never returned to us. I think a professional firm would return the material given to them if they no longer represented you. Not in this case. I have no idea how to get the information from two of the sources that I did not make a copy of. They have failed in many ways, in my opinion, and this has nothing to do with the stroke. J CooK
I used this person in 2023 from the start he bragged about how long he’s been in business and all the other lawyers,trustees, and judge were his personal friends We met with him paid him and he told us to make sure we had 0 dollars in the bank and he would file the case he didn’t file like he said so that Friday my wife was paid and he filed the case late Due to the maximum of 1000 characters I’ll cut this short after paying Mr Robinson in full he did nothing to assist me cause the trustee to charge me thousands more and 2 years after the case I’m still dealing with a very rude trustee I’ve been in a lawsuit for several years Mr.robinson denies being told and the trustee is still prosecuting me over this Mr. Robinson refuses to return call his wife believes she is the lawyer and gives wrong legal advice please do not use this guy or you’ll be worse off then before
