I was assigned Mary Anne by judge as parenting mediator since 2020. My experience with her service was unexpectedly unproductive. MA prolonged discussions after discussion. I asked her to address my list of concerns, for example means of communications with the children's father. It has been over 6 months she still wants to discuss this over again and I get charged for her time. MA claims to have experience with domestic violence clients... she has done the reverse to encourage prolong communications with my former abuser. And in a group email, she revealed sensitive health information and has not apologized. MA suggested we copy her on every correspondence including non-conflicting emails and I have to pay for every time she opens an email. I will go broke if I have to continue with her ineffective method. In time of no conflict, MA still continues to email to change up the parenting schedule creating another purpose for her to charge for service.
Hired as mediator for divorce. Terrible. Anti-male/father bias and boasted how she was in NJ panel that struck down legislation that would assume 50-50 joint custody. Initially believed everything ex-wife stated and attacked me stating that I would not get equal 50-50 custody without hearing my side. I had a court motion open and a very damning case against ex wife. I ended up winning equal 50-50 no thanks to Bauer Mary Ann.
