I tendered my retainer fee to Mr. Hillis on a 10/18/16 to represent me. To date he has yet to do so. We have not reached an agreement or had a court date set. His firm rarely returns phone calls or emails, and when you do get them on the phone every day is new story of someone else's fault but their own. Today over the phone Mr. Hillis indicated he would return my retainer, I show up at his office and he's changed his mind. He has yet to follow thru with any of the promises he made.
