I was terrified of the "System" but Mark Hill made me feel comfortable because it was obvious this wasn't his "first rodeo". He got all 5 tickets reduced or dismissed and what could have been the end of my life as I know it became a speed bump that he & his staff helped me drive over! They are great and saved my life.

I was very happy with my representation. I would recommend this firm and lawyer I was treated as a priority. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns. Her entire team was very responsive and kept me up to date. Highly recommend them.

Caycie never showed any concern for my case. She delayed filing motions and would show up to hearings completely unprepared. I never felt that she cared about my case or put in any effort toward my case. I would use a court appointed attorney before ever consider hiring Caycie again.

She seems like a nice person but not what I expected as an experienced attorney. We did not communicate much at all maybe a couple of times on the phone and a couple of times in person in the span of over a year. Most communication was via email (98%). On numerous occasions (at least 4) I had to reforward emails weeks later that she missed. She always seemed very unprepared when we got to court. And the bill never matched the outcome of the work that was put in. I would not recommend her unless you are open to doing a lot of the work on your own but spending $350 per hour on her and eventually spending over $15k and have nothing to show for it. I was very disappointed as she seems like a nice person but not the best attorney during the time she was appointed to my case. Maybe she had too many cases or personal reasons why she did not seem invested in my case but I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received. My next attorney was much better.

Hired Mike Birchmore for my divorce. He dragged out the case meanwhile charging me each month with no progress on my case. Divorce is horrible to go through but when you are not able to depend on your attorney to have your back it makes it twice as bad. I fired him after 10 months and the new attorney was able to finalize the divorce in 45 days. I went to this firm because they had such good ratings. I was sadly disappointed in his lack of professional skills.

I do NOT recommend any attorney at this firm. This is the WORST law firm in town. Unprofessional, over-charge, poor legal representation, and place property liens on your house as fast as they possibly can, because that’s all they know how to do.
