Mr. Taffany is an Albany personal injury lawyer and a founding member of Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany, PLLC. Since his graduation from law school, Mr. Taffany has zealously represented clients who have suffered personal injury. He specializes in all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including complex medical malpractice, products liability and labor law. Over the years, he has obtained numerous verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million. Mr. Taffany is also involved in the defense of individuals charged with criminal offenses. He has obtained numerous acquittals representing clients who have been charged with felonies or misdemeanors. He handles cases in federal and county courts as well as local criminal courts. He has for several years been a Mediator in Federal Court for its Alternative Dispute Resolution program. As an experienced Albany personal injury and criminal defense trial lawyer, Mr. Taffany lectures frequently to lawyers and law students in the areas of personal injury, criminal law and trial practice. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
